Prerequisites
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- An active mobile number or corporate/personal email address
1.Understand the Core Concept: Case as a Living Workspace
Every legal matter in Briefly starts as an intake and transforms into a structured, real-time shared workspace.
- Briefly unites documents, hearings, filings, billing, and communication into a single immutable audit log.
- Clients, advocates, firms, students, and institutions operate on dedicated purpose-built views without data leaks.
Zero Fragmentation
You no longer need separate tools for WhatsApp messaging, Google Drive document sharing, Excel court diaries, and tally invoices.
2.Locate Your Primary Portal Rail
After logging in, your screen displays the left-side application rail tailored to your assigned role.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I use the same email for both Lawyer and Student profiles?
- Each profile role requires distinct verification credentials. If you are transitioning from student to advocate, you can upgrade your account from Profile Settings.
- Is Briefly compliant with Bar Council regulations regarding legal advertising?
- Yes. Briefly is an administrative operating system and matter management tool, not an open solicitation platform. Information exchange occurs strictly within invited matter scopes.
